Terms and Conditions of Sale

By placing your order you the customer agree and consent to our terms and conditions of sale. You also hereby understand that our products (Race Suits, Crew Shirts, Racing Gloves, Racing Shoes and Accessories) you are ordering are custom one of a kind hand made specifically for you in your chosen style design and your chosen color selection with your embroidered or printed sponsor logos as per your supply and request. These products take time to manufacture with many time consuming production processes such as graphic designing, logo vectorizing, logo digitizing, pattern making, style designing, fabric cutting, embroidery, sublimating and sewing. After your order has been placed and we have received your full payment you will receive a design proof for your approval of the products you have ordered. Once we receive your final approval your order will be scheduled into production on a first come first served basis and will typically be completed within a 4-12 week period depending on the time of year you are ordering. We reserve the right to disallow any order cancellations, changes, refunds or credit card chargebacks. All sales are final with no refunds for any reason. If for some reason your order is found to be incorrect as per the final approved proof or in the event of defective materials and or faulty construction we hereby reserve the right to repair or replace the product at our discretion in a timely manner with no cost to the purchaser.
